Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 17, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Be Mentioned Web Marketing Mentor L.P. (trading as Your Last Agency, “YLA”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit yourlastagency.com or interact with us.

We take privacy seriously. We only collect what we need, we do not sell your data, and we give you control over what we do with it.

1. Who we are

Controller: Be Mentioned Web Marketing Mentor L.P. (ετερόρρυθμη εταιρεία), registered in Greece.

VAT number (ΑΦΜ): EL802436536

Contact for privacy matters: jaiginitis@gmail.com

We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. If you have any question about how we handle your data, email the address above and we will get back to you.

2. What we collect and why

2.1 Contact form submissions

When you fill out a contact form on our site, we collect the information you provide (typically your name, email address, company, and the message you send us). We use this data for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and, if relevant, to continue a conversation with you about working together.

Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) in responding to your enquiry. If your message leads to a commercial engagement, the basis shifts to pre-contractual and contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b)).

Retention: we keep contact form submissions for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. If you become a client, your data is moved into our client records and retained for the period required by Greek tax and accounting law (typically 5 years).

2.2 Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads to understand how visitors use our site and to measure the performance of our marketing. These tools collect data such as the pages you visit, how you got to our site, your approximate location (based on IP address), your device type, and how you interact with the site.

Where required, this data is collected only after you give consent through our cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by changing your preferences via the cookie settings link on our site.

Legal basis: consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

Retention: analytics data is retained for the period configured in Google Analytics (up to 14 months).

2.3 Advertising and retargeting cookies

We use cookies and pixels from Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn to show our ads to people who have visited our site, and to measure whether those ads lead to a meaningful action. These tools may combine what they learn about your visit with data they already hold about you to build an advertising profile.

These cookies and pixels are only loaded after you consent through our cookie banner. If you do not consent, they are not activated.

Legal basis: consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

Retention: cookies expire based on their individual lifespans. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings.

3. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We do share limited data with a small number of service providers who help us run the site and our marketing:

  • Hostinger — our website hosting provider. Technical data (such as IP addresses) passes through their servers as part of normal site operation.
  • Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads) — analytics and advertising. See the Google Privacy Policy for details on how Google processes this data.
  • Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram Pixel) — advertising measurement and retargeting. See the Meta Privacy Policy for details.
  • LinkedIn (Insight Tag) — advertising measurement and retargeting. See the LinkedIn Privacy Policy for details.

Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy terms. We only work with providers who offer contractual safeguards that meet GDPR requirements.

4. International data transfers

Some of the providers listed above (including Google, Meta, and LinkedIn) are based in the United States or transfer data internationally. Where this happens, transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. These mechanisms are designed to give your data a level of protection comparable to EU standards.

5. Your rights under GDPR

If you are in the EU/EEA (and in most other cases where GDPR applies), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access — ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Erasure — ask us to delete your data, subject to our legal retention obligations.
  • Restriction — ask us to pause processing of your data in certain circumstances.
  • Portability — ask for a copy of your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest, including direct marketing.
  • Withdraw consent — for any processing based on consent, including analytics and advertising cookies. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already happened.

To exercise any of these rights, email jaiginitis@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr) or the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

6. Cookies

We use cookies for three purposes:

  • Strictly necessary cookies — required for the site to function. These do not need your consent.
  • Analytics cookies — Google Analytics. Loaded only after you consent.
  • Advertising cookies — Google Ads, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag. Loaded only after you consent.

You can manage your cookie preferences at any time through the cookie settings link on our site, or by clearing cookies directly in your browser.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption, access controls on our systems, and working only with reputable providers. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we do our best to protect the data you entrust to us.

8. Children

Our services are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, email us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, via a notice on the site).
